Monday June 24th- On the road again from Muncho lake, headed to Nugget City- our first stop in the Yukon. Made a pit stop at Liard hotsprings where Lia saw a bear fence sign and said, “There are bears, so we have to say hi.” The hotsprings were amazing, so warm- slightly stinky from the Sulfur. The kids loved it, especially Ozzie. He was very upset when we left because it was cold outside in comparison. Certain areas of the springs were so hot we couldn’t stand to be in it, but other areas where it was running off the mountain were cold. Really cool experience.

On the way to our campground “baby nugget campground”, we saw herds of bison. Even saw a bunch of babies. To think I was amazed about a single bison a few days ago 🤣. Stopped by a grocery store, which had no pull-ups and a 12 pack of drinks was $17 Canadian dollars. Arrived at Watson Lake and cooked dinner, still super confused about it being light near midnight. Headed to Whitehorse tomorrow!
